All VaperCity products purchased from our website are covered by our 30 day warranty with the exception of eLiquids.

Some individual products carry a longer warrantee and these are highlighted accordingly.

Any of our products found to be defective within 30 days of purchase will be replaced free of charge.

PROCEDURE: Before returning any product first call us during office hours or submit a replacement application from our site. All returns must quote a special Identification Code which we will provided by this office.

* IMPORTANT NOTE: This will not apply if a product is found to have been tampered with, misused or damaged either accidentally or otherwise. In such cases the warranty is considered void and will not be replaced.
